I help people understand their financing options, what their monthly payment would actually look like, and how much cash they need at closing, before they commit to anything.

• Refinance evaluation: comparing the cost of refinancing against keeping your current loan, based on how long you actually expect to stay.
• Home equity lines of credit: whether borrowing against your equity fits what you are trying to fund.

Most conversations start with a goal rather than a loan product. You tell me what you are trying to do, and I come back with the numbers: estimated payment, the cash needed to close, and the tradeoffs between the options that are actually available to you.
